Many of us have an unhealthy relationship with our bodies, especially when it comes to self-pleasure.

We may be exposed to misinformation and harmful ideas from society and the media about our bodily pleasures, sexual anatomy, and sexuality in general.

Many carry fear and shame that hinder us from experiencing fulfilling and full-bodied expressions of self-pleasure.

It is also common to get stuck in one way of masturbating because that is all we’ve ever known. Some people develop some pretty bad bator habits.

My goal is to help my clients develop new ways of thinking about self-pleasure, and explore different techniques to discover their greater erotic potential.

SACRED SEXUALITY AS SOLO PRACTICE

Sacred Sexuality means celebrating erotic pleasure as an expression of the divine within ourselves. It is an ancient concept found in various traditions all over the world.

A related concept is Sex Magic, which is, in a nutshell, the esoteric art of generating erotic energy and directing it towards a specific intention or purpose.

Throughout history, many of these teachings have focused primarily on the sacredness of sex between two people. However, solo sex is just as sacred as partnered sex, and people are finally waking up to this idea.
